This energy consumption limit is adjusted with a coefficient based on the climate zone and altitude of the site. This is three times less than current regulations.

- Choose from our selection under our specifications, the tiling, the parquet, or even select another range offered by our supplier.
All modifications must be approved by our design offices and comply with current regulations and standards, particularly accessibility regulations. Requests for modifications must be made early enough to be taken into account. Modifications will be definitively accepted after your validation of the modified quotation.
Warranties for new properties
When you buy a new property, you benefit from numerous warranties that cover you before and after the delivery of your home, providing significant security:
- The bank guarantee ensures the construction of the property under any circumstances
- The perfect completion warranty covers imperfections, malfunctions, and defects found within 12 months after delivery
- The two-year warranty covers damages and malfunctions of detachable and removable equipment (shutters, doors, plumbing, etc.) for 2 years after delivery
- The ten-year warranty covers damages affecting the structure or use of the construction (sealing issues, facade cracks, heating system malfunctions, etc.) for 10 years after delivery
