TRANSACTION FEES

In the absence of an agreement to the contrary between the parties, the amount of the remuneration for our agency fees*, for which the debtor is defined in the sales mandate, is included in the displayed prices for any transaction carried out through our intermediary and set according to the following conditions:

       TRANSACTION AMOUNT       FEES (VAT included)

From €0 to €25,000…………………………..Maximum flat rate of €5,000

From €25,001 to €100,000…………………..Maximum flat rate of €10,000

Beyond €100,001……………………Maximum of 5.50% of the property's price

         OTHER SERVICES                     FEES (VAT included)

Property appraisal……………………...Free of charge

The fees represent the maximum applicable percentages and amounts for our services.

The fees can be borne by the buyer at the seller's request.

*Agency fees include property search, property marketing, property visits, financing arrangements, negotiation, drafting of the sales agreement, and administrative follow-up until the signing of the authentic deed.

The mandate is mandatory (Art. 72 of Decree No. 72-678 of July 20, 1972).
In accordance with Article 6 of the Law of January 2, 1970, and Article 77 of the Decree of July 20, 1972, transaction fees are payable by the seller.
